Design Engineering QA Lead (161816)

We are seeking a Design Engineer QA Lead to enhance design quality across multiple projects and clients in the wireless sector. You will develop and implement QA systems for DSL (preliminary) and For Construction (detailed design) deliverables, ensuring compliance with design standards and client specifications. You’ll work closely with the Design Manager, Construction SME, and clients to drive quality, improve processes, and ensure project success. This role is open nationwide. 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Lead design quality assurance for DSL and For Construction deliverables.
• Collaborate with design managers, SMEs, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Improve quality checklists and processes to maintain high standards.
• Provide quality data and reports to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (SAED, Structural, RF, etc.) to address site design issues.
• Track and resolve non-conformances using data-driven insights.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.

Skills & Experience:
 

• 5+ years in wireless communication design and project deployment.
• Experience with Greenfield and upgrade wireless site design.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communication site design principles (civil, structural, RF, electrical).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage quality across large-volume programs and multiple clients.

Qualifications:
 

• Postgraduate degree in Civil, Electronic, or related engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
