As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive Authority Partners' online visibility, lead generation and brand awareness. You will serve as the primary contact for digital campaigns, SEO strategy, analytics and social media management, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Identify opportunities to improve Authority Partners’ online visibility.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with Authority Partners’ messaging.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency and impact.
- Social Media Management:
- Grow and manage Authority Partners’ social media presence.
- Monitor trends, analyze metrics and optimize for engagement.
- SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines to boost organic traffic.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track campaign performance.
- Prepare actionable insights to maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing:
- Create and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Navigate our contact management portals to ensure optimal audience targeting.
- Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams (client engagement, engineering) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-10 years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B and/or technology-focused environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush and Ahrefs.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM and content marketing.
- Proven expertise in crafting compelling, impactful and audience-focused content tailored for diverse digital platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus.
- Role-Related Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO and SEM.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
