Job Description

We are seeking a motivated QA Intern to join our XAD team. Our project focuses on controlling and monitoring heating appliances via web interfaces through gateways.

Your contribution to something big:

• Create and maintain e2e tests using Playwright with TypeScript;
• Support and extend performance tests with K6 and Grafana;
• Assist in migrating QA processes from Jenkins to GitHub Actions;
• Automate QA routines and improve testing processes;
• Collaborate with developers to enhance product quality;
• Tackle challenges in simulating heating appliances for testing purposes.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Understanding of functional and non-functional testing (e.g., performance, accessibility);
• Knowledge of web application architecture patterns;
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and Docker;
• Basic understanding of network operations and protocols;
• Knowledge of Scrum principles, team roles, and workflows;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle technical challenges.
