FSC – QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), you will play apivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce FSC implementations. You willcollaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to meticulouslytest and validate FSC customizations, automations, and integrations. Your expertise will becrucial in identifying and mitigating potential issues, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient userexperience.Key Responsibilities● Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the QA team to develop and executecomprehensive test plans for FSC-specific features, customizations, and integrations. Thisincludes functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.● Data Model and Security Validation: Thoroughly analyze and validate the FSC data model,ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with security standards.● Process Flow Testing: Scrutinize and test FSC business process flows, workflows, andapproval processes to ensure they function as intended and meet business requirements.● Defect Management: Meticulously document and track defects, collaborating with developersto ensure timely resolution and retesting.● Test Automation: Explore opportunities to leverage test automation tools and frameworks toenhance testing efficiency and coverage.● UAT Coordination: Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing supportto end-users and gathering feedback.● Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, andother relevant QA artifacts.● Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning andretrospectives, to ensure alignment with the development team and project goals.Required Skills● Salesforce QA Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in quality assurance and testingwithin the Salesforce ecosystem.● FSC Knowledge: Familiarity with the FSC data model, business processes, and common usecases.● Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, or Provar.● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and isolate defects.● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectivelycollaborate with team members and stakeholders.● Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate testing.Preferred Certifications● Salesforce Certified Associate● ISTQB Foundation● Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud ConsultantAdditional Desired Skills● Experience with Apex and Visualforce● Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements● Experience with performance testing and load testing toolsPrimary Skills:Salesforce QA, FSC (Preferred)Number of Openings: 1Expected Budget: 1100000No of Years:2-3 expIndustry: BFSIEmployment Type: EWLocation: RemoteL3 Call: No L3 Call Requested
