We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance processes, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards through manual testing. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement. 

Required qualifications:

• Degree: BA degree in computer science or equivalent working expertise
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in QA. Experience in an embedded Scrum environment is preferred.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English 

Technical skills:

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of manual UI and API testing tools and technologies (e.g. Developer tools, Postman...)
• Web technology: You know how to test enterprise web applications on all levels, browser-based and via REST APIs.
• Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and able to work effectively in a Scrum environment.
• SQL: Existing knowledge and experience with writing basic SQL queries.
• Issue tracking: Experience with identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs using tools like Jira, Redmine, Bugzilla, or Trello.
• Documentation: Ability to write test documentation and create test plans.
• Working with Unix: Your daily driver is Linux. 

• Experience in user support is a plus
