The Test Lead/ Test Manager will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen ensuring that
software applications perform optimally under various conditions.
What you'll be doing:
● QA Oversight Front-end: Provide QA input in all aspects of the project, including technical design
review and development activities
● Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement test strategies, plans and schedules to ensure
comprehensive coverage and efficient testing processes
● Team leadership: Lead and mentor team of mobile QAs and automation QAs, fostering positive and
collaborative work environment
● Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and
maintaining high quality standards
● Process Improvement: Continuously improve test processes, tools and methodologies to enhance
efficiency and effectiveness
● Performance Metrics: Track and report on QA metrics
● People Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set
development goals for team members. Address performance issues promptly and effectively.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
● At least 10 years of experience in software testing and test
automation.
● Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g.,
Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium).
● Proven experience in managing teams, including recruitment,
performance management, training and conflict resolution
● Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
and agile methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Experience with continuous integration/ continuous deployment
pipelines
