We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will focus on web testing to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in web automation and a passion for improving quality throughout the development process. RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Design and execute both manual and automated tests to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of Walleeβs payment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear acceptance criteria during user story creation.
- Continuously improve QA processes by researching and integrating new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues using logs, working closely with developers to resolve problems.
- Perform regular regression testing to maintain software quality across multiple releases.
- Work on multiple projects in parallel, demonstrating the ability to quickly switch contexts and manage priorities.
Requirements:Β
- Good understanding of theΒ software quality principles, with experience in software testing and development.
- In-depth knowledge of testing procedures, tools, and the ability to write secure, testable code.
- Good knowledge around test automation. (e.g: Playwright, Cypress).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of the payment industry and e-commerce payment platforms is beneficial.
Additional requirements:Β
- Proficiency with command-line tools in Unix.
- Familiarity with Git and interpreting logs in CI/CD pipelines.
