Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to innovate, and has a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define and implement test strategies.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, and performance tests, using automation tools.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, ensuring the quality and stability of the applications.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams to improve coding practices and product quality.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports.

Some Must-Haves

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
  • Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience creating and maintaining test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it.Β We work for security-conscious clients; thus, background checks will be required.Β Β
