Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities for a QA Analyst/Engineer include:
- Analyze and clarify of requirements with a customer or a business analyst.
- Plan the process of testing.
- Write test cases (test scripts)
- Conduct functional testing where necessary
- Identify potential problem areas
- Discuss fixes with developers and business analysts (when it impacts requirements).
- Ensure that all acceptance criteria set forth by the Business Analyst and stakeholders are being followed

- Review QA standards and guidelines on a regular basis
- Work with the BA to develop testing flows and scenarios that are of priority and make sense from a user testing perspective
- Work with team to guide members in adopting best practices set forth by the QA guild
- Work with developers to ensure automation scripts are implemented where it makes sense
- Work with developers to ensure automation scripts are implemented as part of CI/CD pipeline
