The Role

As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll lead automated testing strategies for Generative AI applications, ensuring top-tier functionality and performance. This role goes beyond traditional QA—you’ll help refine AI-driven workflows and contribute to groundbreaking AI technology through hands-on exploration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of Generative AI applications.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Engage in exploratory testing, working closely with data scientists and developers to identify potential issues and refine testing strategies for Generative AI models.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test scripts, test plans, and cases, continuously improving methodologies based on feedback and evolving requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Java.
• Familiarity with testing Generative AI applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into development workflows.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, strong curiosity, and a team-oriented attitude.
