As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the excellence of our technology solutions. Youβll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, developing test cases, and collaborating closely with our development and product teams to deliver robust and reliable software.

Role Overview:
As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the excellence of our technology solutions. Youβll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, developing test cases, and collaborating closely with our development and product teams to deliver robust and reliable software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software Quality Assurance
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking
- Proven ability to write clear, detailed, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs with attention to detail
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) for tracking test cases and defects
- Demonstrated experience in API testing, including proficiency with tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
- Comprehensive experience with web application testing, including cross-browser and cross-platform testing
