About the job
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring every phase of the software development process, including design, development, testing, debugging and delivery; maintaining the quality standards of the software at every stage and ensuring the final product meets the requirement.
What will you do?
• Understand Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and specifications.
• Design and execute test cases and automation test scripts using the TESTIM tool.
• Strong experience in API testing and automation using JMeter, including performance testing.
• Proficiency in MS SQL to run basic SELECT queries.
• Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Strong knowledge of Workato for workflow automation, API integrations, and troubleshooting automated processes.
We are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer / Quality Analyst with 2 to 3 years in Automation.
• Good exposure of manual, automation and performance testing.
• Good understanding of software testing types, techniques, tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Good experience in using Bug Tracking system like JIRA.
• Good understanding of Project Life Cycle and Test Life Cycle.
• Excellent verbal/listening and written communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology skills to keep pace with the improvements of the testing process.
