White SharxΒ is one of the studios whose cool games SayGames publishes.

We’re hiring an experienced Game QA Engineer to test mobile games for the Whitesharx team. You’ll tackle complex tasks, test client-server interactions, verify in-app purchases, and dive deep into mobile platform specifics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform platform-specific testing of mobile games (iOS/Android), accounting for hardware and OS nuances.
  • Log analysis and error diagnostics: Collect and interpret logs (identify exceptions, crashes, logging levels).
  • Test in-app purchases: Validate purchase statuses, edge cases (e.g., interruptions), multi-currency handling, and failure scenarios.
  • Verify push notifications (delivery, receipt, processing) and analytics events (parameter accuracy, data integrity).
  • Design test cases using test design techniques to ensure full scenario coverage.
  • Maintain test documentation (test plans, checklists, bug reports) and execute integration/regression testing.

Requirements

  • 1.5–2 years of GameDev QA experience, specializing in mobile game testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Unity.
  • Expertise testing in-app purchases, ads, and client-server interactions.
  • Strong understanding of test design methodologies (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze technical logs and troubleshoot crashes/errors.

Bonus Skills

  • Localization testing (language adaptation validation).
  • Experience with crash analytics tools (e.g., Crashlytics).
