Who you’ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and oversee QA efforts, managing teams in a global delivery model, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across multiple time zones.
• Define, implement, and maintain QA best practices, test strategies, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with Agile and DevOps principles.
• Drive adoption of modern testing methodologies such as Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to enhance test coverage and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements. Analyze and report productivity metrics and QA performance to management, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Design and execute test plans for mobile applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience meet high standards. Stay updated on emerging QA technologies and tools, recommending innovative solutions to enhance testing processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses for production issues, leading efforts for effective resolution and preventive measures.
• Oversee and execute complex software integration testing for systems in domains like E-commerce, Legal, etc. 

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, leading technical teams, and managing complex software integration projects.
• Excellent communication skills and team management skills
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products 
• Experience in standardizing test planning, executing, and reporting processes 
• Proficiency in test management tools (Zephyr, TestRail, etc).
• Exposure to Load testing tools like Jmeter. 
• Exposure to automation testing and modern automation techniques is a plus
