The role
As the Program QA Lead, you will join our Banking Client's QA team to spearhead a large, multi-year strategic program. Success in this role requires 10+ years of experience managing QA activities, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and large-scale implementation. Oversee sprint planning, estimation, execution and QA delivery for feature testing across pods, and all phases of testing following process. Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a projectβs timeline or success and provide regular status updates to QA and other technical partners. Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary. Maximize the QA delivery by adopting Automation to have continuous testing ability across Test Environments/Testing phases to ensure QA and Business Partners achieve their strategic objectives.
You will
- Demonstrate experience throughΒ previous management or leadership of an Operations, QA or Development team within Financial Services. You have previous experience leading as QA lead, handling complex application testing. You have the proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment which requires leadership on multiple initiatives at a time, along with hands-on execution.

Who you are
- Must have 4-5 years of experience as a QA lead and overall IT experience should be more than 10 years.
- Must have good team handling skills.
- Should be aware of STLC process.
- Must be aware of Testing process, Testing env handling, Test Plan/ Test Strategy ,Test case design, bug lifecycle, variance Management, Test exit.
- Must have working experience of Jira.
- Must have working experience of HP ALM.
- Working Experience on writing SQL queries.
- Working Experience on API testing.
- Preference β Capital market experience is good to have.
- Good communication.
- Positive work attitude.
- Willing to work as per Client shift β on site availability every Wednesday, Thursday and 3rd Friday of each month
