Are you an experienced QA professional with leadership skills and a passion for quality? We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. If you have experience in leading teams and projects, along with a strong background in testing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers.
• Oversee testing efforts for small projects, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to improve software quality.
• Identify and implement best practices in testing and QA processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing and release cycles.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in leading a small team and managing a small project.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Prior experience working in an onshore company.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have (Advantages):

• Experience in test automation development.
• Knowledge of infrastructure design, cloud solutions, or Linux.
