Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented QA Lead with experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to implement effective testing strategies and lead the QA process across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and guide the QA team in testing methodologies and best practices.
2. Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases for manual and automated testing.
3. Execute and oversee API, load, and performance testing.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance requirements are met.
5. Identify and manage defects, ensuring timely resolutions.
6. Track and report QA metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in manual and automation testing.
2. Experience in API, load, and performance testing.
3. Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
