QA Lead (Retail)

• Candidate should have 9+ yrs of experience in QA and should be well aware of QA concepts. 
  
• Candidate should be willing to work during the weekends 
  
• Candidate should be able to communicate well across teams and work on their assignments on their own. 
  
• Candidate should support releases every other weekend mostly and light releases in between. 
  
• Candidate Must have good Manual testing experience
  

Requirements

• Knowledge on Mortgage is a plus
  
• Knowledge on Encompass product is a plus
  
• Good at customer interaction
  
• Working experience on Agile process
  
• Be adaptable to changing priorities
  
• Be self-motivated and organized
  
• Experience in Handling Offshore team
