We are using the latest technologies, ensuring our team works on innovative and challenging projects: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript with NodeJS, Python and Golang on the backend.

Your mission:

Our team is responsible for:
- Collecting and aggregating information from company financial reports, interpreting and analyzing it, and calculating derived metrics and analytical indicators.
- Gathering and analyzing key macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, unemployment rates, and other important economic metrics.
- Integrating with various data providers.
- Integrating data with the platform to ensure users have access to up-to-date and reliable financial information. The data we process includes company financial reports, ETF reports, bond documentation, and macroeconomic indicators.
Your role will be to provide high quality assurance of our products, analyze tasks, and keep our services running.

What will you do:

• Implement automated testing following company standards, choosing the optimal approach
• Review current testing processes and tools, proposing optimizations while adhering to company standards
• Introduce necessary tools and processes that will be rolled out centrally, working closely with the QA Director
• Take responsibility for the testing process, timelines, and results within the team
• Establish and improve the process for data quality assurance in collaboration with analysts
• Manage QA workload and task distribution
• Develop and review test plans for major features
• Automate tools for assessing and improving data quality
• Define key product quality metrics and work on their improvement
• Participate in discussions on new feature implementations to foresee potential challenges in testing and data quality
• Oversee the release management process for the team

What you bring:

• QA lead / Senior QA experience - at least 2 years
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, asynchronous processes and distributed systems
• Developing and running autotests (especially regression testing)
• Integrating testing into CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)
• Experience in optimizing testing processes
• Experience managing a team and creating development plans for each team member
• Experience in interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Proactivity, responsibility and result orientation.
• Knowledge of autotest programming languages (preferably Python)

It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:

• Experience in projects with data from external vendors (financial data, market information aggregators, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix)
• Experience with load testing (tank, k6, locust)
• Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
• Knowledge of TradingView 😁
