Job Description: We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to join our team for an exciting project involving an SAP Application. While experience with SAP is not mandatory, the ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP applications, with SAP or Oracle application testing experience being preferred. In this role, you will lead a team of QA testers, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the application while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team throughout the entire project lifecycle. Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP or ERP applications. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on the application. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Report and track defects using the appropriate testing tools and systems. Provide guidance and support to junior QA team members. Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications: ERP experience is a must (SAP or Oracle preferred). Proven experience in QA testing with a focus on ERP applications. Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP or Oracle applications is preferred, but not mandatory. Familiarity with test automation tools. Experience with project management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
Education and Qualifications Required: Degrees required for this job: Requires a bachelorβs degree in business, computer science, engineering, management, or other related field or equivalent experience. Years of experience required for this job: 6 or more years in IT or a related field
