Radar Product Assurance Test Lead

Building up and leading the Testing Team to the meet project expectations from Product Assurance perspective.
This position is responsible for validating the functions and performance of the radar sensor system and verifying the degree of achievement of the required performance. The main responsibility is to contribute to the project by delivering deliverables that meet the required product quality at the planned time and resources. You will be required to have a high level of testing experience, leadership, and communication skills with organizations that span across multiple domains.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the test engineers as the Test Lead.ย ใในใใชใผใใจใใฆใใในใใจใณใธใใขใฎ็ฎก็ใจใตใใผใใ่กใใ
- Work with customers and stakeholders to create and manage test plans from start to finish.ย ้กงๅฎขใในใใผใฏใใซใใผใจๅๅใใใในใ่จ็ปใ้ๅงใใ็ตไบใพใงไฝๆใใ็ฎก็ใใใ
- Define system requirements for PA related parts with other departments and plan system tests. ไปใฎ้จ็ฝฒใจๅ ฑใซPA้ข้ฃใฎใทในใใ ่ฆไปถใๅฎ็พฉใใใทในใใ ใในใใ่จ็ปใใใ
- Plan headcounts and budget based on test strategy and request resources from management. ใในใๆฆ็ฅใซๅบใฅใใฆใใใใซใฆใณใใจไบ็ฎใ่จ็ปใใ็ฎก็้จ้ใใใชใฝใผในใ่ฆ่ซใใใ
- Lead and supervise the creation of test specifications such as test cases and procedures. ใในใใฑใผในใๆ้ ๆธใชใฉใฎใในใไปๆงๆธใฎไฝๆใไธปๅฐใใ็ฃ็ฃใใ
- Perform (and/or supervise) vehicle testing on Public Road and Proving Grounds. ๅ ฌ้ใพใใฏใในใใปใณใฟใผใงใฎ่ปไธก่ฉฆ้จใฎๅฎๆฝใพใใฏ็ฃ็ฃใ
- Monitor, control and report test progress, status, and results to stakeholders and adjust plans as needed. ในใใผใฏใใซใใผใซใในใใฎ้ฒๆ็ถๆณใในใใผใฟในใ็ตๆใใขใใฟใผใใๅ ฑๅใใๅฟ ่ฆใซๅฟใใฆ่จ็ปใ่ชฟๆดใใใ

- Prepare PA deliverables and share final system test report with stakeholders. PAใซๆฑใใใใๆๆ็ฉใไฝๆใใๅ้ขไฟ่ ใธใฎๆ็ตๅ ฑๅๆธใ่กใใ
Must Have Requirements:
- Test driving, Test environment construction/setup, Test process definition, Test tool operation, Troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on experience in any automotive electronics-related projects (min 6 months on the project.)
- Experience in directly working with customers and presenting test results.
- Hands on knowledge of CAN, electrical circuits.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Computer Programming and Coding (knowledge on C++/Python, Matlab, etc.)
- Radar EMC and Radio Frequency knowledge
- Hands on knowledge of ASPICE
