Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Salesforce QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve them.
- Conduct system, regression, and integration testing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Certification as a Salesforce QA consultant.
- Experience with Omnistudio and Health Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
