Job Description

Our client requires a Senior Business Test Lead who will report to the Business Project Manager. The Senior Business Test Lead will manage a team of resources, coordinate business testing activities to develop test plans, develop test materials, and may be performing testing to complete the end-to-end user acceptance testing stage of projects. A diverse set of testing experience, in a variety of technologies, platforms, environment and solutions is mandatory. This testing experience will include legacy applications, COTS software, J2EE, and Curam.  

Qualifications

Requirements

-Progressive, directly related testing experience with Cúram projects.

-Business acceptance test experience on projects.

-Experience working within Social Services within government.

-Experience preparing test plans, test cases, test documentation, input into a test strategy, and development end to end test scenarios including business processes and procedural testing.

-Experience leading and coaching business testers and user representative testers for the development and execution of business acceptance test case.

-Please indicate team size and role in such projects.

-Demonstrated planning and organization skills and the ability to prioritize/manage workload to assigned project objectives.

-Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to make formal presentations and communicate well at all levels within the organization.

Desirables

-Experience using automated project management tools, including scheduling tools.

-Experience with corporate projects that use enterprise data standards, databases and applications.

-Experience working in the human services sector, e.g., social services, training, labour.

-Experience in Business Acceptance Testing with COTS.
