The KGSH Technology team is the backbone of global operations by designing, developing, implementing, and operating all IT solutions and services. The software development team handles various solutions, including desktop tools and complex ETL processes for Microsoft Azure. Simultaneously, our application support team ensures system reliability, while the data analytics team generates complex reports from our extensive data. In addition, our team builds collaboration platforms and automates processes, including complex RPA workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and apply software product testing processes
• Ensure that software products are tested properly
• Write and maintain the development test cases and other test related documentation
• Organize product testing, manage a set of testers from different areas
• Take part in the design, set up and maintenance of the testing environments
• Document the tasks and report the time demand properly
• Prepare and support UAT testing
• Participating in tasks defined by the team leader
• Continuous cooperation within the team and with the (internal) clients
• Active participation in testing architecture design
• Take part in customer demos

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably IT or engineering related degree
• 5+ years of manual testing experience
• 1+ years of experience in test management 
• Fluent English (speaking & writing)
• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language, databases
• General software development principles
• MS Office user-level knowledge
• Proficient in using a ticketing system, with a preference for Azure DevOps.
• Advance knowledge of a test management tool
• Analytical thinking and precision, result-orientation
• Teaching, developing skills and a supportive attitude
