Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manual testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Proficiency in using test management tools and bug tracking systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
