The Xsolla AFS team is looking for a QA Engineer who is detail-oriented, collaborative, open to feedback, adaptable, committed to continuous learning, and solutions-focused. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and be excited to tackle challenges both within and outside their area of expertise, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and drive innovation. They should have a strong desire to work through ambiguity, ask the right questions for clarity, and seize new opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Strong communication skills and technical expertise are essential, along with experience with autotesting. The ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance team collaboration with individual accountability will be key to your success in this role.
