Senior QA Engineer

We’re Terem, a tech product development and strategy firm, and we’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a passion for automation to join our team. We want someone whose mission in life is to contribute to building great products.

Please note the role is a part-time short-term contract with remote (hybrid) working arrangements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS

1. Experience ensuring the quality of products as a product within agile and non-agile teams.
2. Experience developing and building test plans and test strategies from scratch for API products and web & mobile applications.
3. Ability to prioritise, making the right trade-offs when it comes to testing approach and what to pay attention to right now.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional multi-company team environment, communicating to client as well as internal stakeholders.
5. Capable of both automated and manual testing, with the target of full automation when it makes sense.
6. Experience with API testing using Postman or similar is essential.
7. Experience with Artillery.io or a similar technology is desirable.
8. Has dealt with different types of authentication systems with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect knowledge highly desirable.
9. Familiarity and experience with git and GitHub.
10. Consulting experience well regarded.
