Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Define and implement QA processes, best practices, and test strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct thorough testing, including manual, API, mobile application, and web application testing.
• Perform functional, regression, sanity, and load testing to ensure product quality.

Bug & Issue Management:

• Identify, report, verify, and manage defects effectively.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all unresolved bugs are documented and moved to the backlog appropriately.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Allocate and manage tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the QA process.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and test reports.
• Develop API documentation and other technical materials for seamless knowledge sharing.
• Provide regular reports on QA progress, test coverage, and defect analysis to stakeholders.
