The OMCL Quality team is part of the Global Quality organization which is a dynamic & multicultural team where diverse perspectives and unique insights fuel creativity and growth. You will join a dedicated team of three highly skilled quality professionals with a strong teamwork spirit and a newly established manager to whom you will refer. This position is mainly operated onsite in Kvistgaard; however, we believe in flexibility and there is an option to partly work from home.

Your Impact

As a Senior QA Professional, you will develop and maintain the operational functionality of the OMCL function to ensure the timely regulatory release of commercial products as per Good Manufacturing Practices. You are also responsible for ensuring operational contacts with Regulatory Functions outside of Bavarian Nordic like the Paul Ehrlich Institut in EU and CBER in US.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Ensure elaboration, approval and submission of Lot Release documentation within standard timelines
• Ensure the timely shipment of product samples to the external OMCL laboratories for independent evaluation
• Manage and coordinate communication with Health Authorities in the OMCL scope
• Lead the implementation of product-specific OMCL procedures for new products in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Drive or support continuous improvements

Are you our next pioneer?

To succeed in this role your qualifications are:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the biopharma industry, ideally in the vaccine field
• QA experience with GMP application
• Understanding of manufacturing pharma products
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Full proficiency in English (written, spoken, and read)
