Technical Test Lead

We are currently hiring for the position of Technical Test Lead. You will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities for multiple projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing activities for multiple projects
• Design and develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project requirements
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to testing activities
• Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications
• Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience in designing and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Proficient in using test management and defect tracking tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
