QA Engineer
Position Name: Test Engineer (EVIF)
Location: Fort Meade, MD
Position Type: Full-time Permanent -Β HYBRID REMOTE
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
Salary Range: Max $140K with Full benefits
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree and 8+ years of experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
β’ Experience with effectively detecting, tracking, reporting, and communicating test defects.
β’ Experience with the life cycle of software in military simulation systems.
β’ Familiar with agile development methodologies and test-driven development.
β’ Expertise in the Atlassian tool suite, to include JIRA and Confluence
β’ Current IAT Level II or higher Certification such as Security + or CISSP
β’ Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
β’ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
