Position: Test Engineer III Duration: 01/13/2025 - 06/30/2025 (8 Months, Contract) Location: Denver, CO (Remote, but local candidates only—relocation will not be considered)
Key Skills:
Manual Testing experience, specifically with the CURRENT State of Colorado Trails (CDHS) application, focusing on Child Welfare (CW) functionality.
Experience with the CW functionality within the Trails system is a must. This is a specialized application used by the State of Colorado, and knowledge of its specific features related to Child Welfare is essential.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience required.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are met.
Compile and analyze statistical data to evaluate test results.
Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
Draft and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Investigate customer complaints and product issues related to the Trails system.
Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
