Role Overview:
In this role, you will take ownership of the test strategy and execution for a complex Dayforce implementation within a large-scale digital transformation program. Collaborating closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and SME teams, you will design, develop, and oversee test scenarios to ensure a smooth transition from multiple legacy systems into a unified solution.
You will be responsible for defining test frameworks, establishing best practices, and ensuring testing is aligned with overall project milestones. Managing resources effectively, you will provide leadership in defect management and reporting, ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and documented appropriately. Your ability to drive testing excellence will play a crucial role in the success of this implementation.
Beyond the technical aspects, you will act as a bridge between various teams, ensuring communication flows seamlessly. You are a seasoned Test Lead with over five years of experience managing end-to-end testing within complex enterprise projects. Your expertise includes planning and executing test strategies, coordinating resources, and delivering structured and effective test management. Dayforce implementation experience is essential, as you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition to this HRIS platform.
Your ability to work independently, adapt to changing project needs, and confidently engage with stakeholders makes you a strong candidate for this role. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with HR teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and drive quality outcomes.
In addition to your technical skills, you are a strategic thinker who can anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions. Your experience includes working with test management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and you have a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Your ability to maintain high testing standards while working within tight deadlines will be key to your success.
