PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $18 - $25/hr hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

IMPACT YOUβLL MAKE
As an Intern Software Developer Engineer in Test at BECU, you will participate in our 12-week internship program. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Under the guidance of senior SDETs, you will write automated tests, create test scripts, and develop test data to validate application performance and reliability. You will gain hands-on experience in debugging applications, performing root cause analysis, and automating test execution for software builds. This role offers you the opportunity to enhance your technical skills and contribute to building enterprise-class software in a collaborative environment.
To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If youβre located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.Β Β For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.Β
