Your Roles .
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor QC activities to ensure product quality.
- Address product quality issues with customers and staff effectively.
- Ensure quality inspection, reporting, and documentation are efficient and accurate.
- Plan and implement corrective actions for non-conformances successfully.
- Collaborate with departments and sites to maintain the quality management system.
- Monitor and verify the system's corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with the engineering team to resolve implementation challenges.
- Develop and implement quality plans and QA/QC procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities across operations.
- Follow up on training effectiveness for newly hired inspectors.
- Investigate complaints, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
- Foster teamwork across operations and departments to meet goals.
- Monitor and review progress on First Article Inspection Reports.

Familiar with QA/QC procedures and FAIR standards.
