Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans for software development projects - Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report defects - Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve code quality - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools - Contribute to the development and maintenance of our quality assurance processes - Participate in root cause analysis to identify and address recurring issues - Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies - Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality objectives are met Additional Opportunities: - Gain experience in modernizing and globalizing a service with over 7 million monthly active users (MAU) - Develop your skills as an engineer in a global environment - Collaborate with offshore teams - Gain management experience, if desired Technology Stack: Front-end: Vue.js, React, jQuery Backend: PHP, Go, Java Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cloud Spanner, Redis Infrastructure: GCP, AWS Editor/IDE: Visual Studio Code

Required Skills: - Experience communicating in both Japanese and English - At least 2 years of experience dedicated to testing and quality control Web system or application testing experience - At least 2 years of experience in quality analysis and quality control - At least 1 year of experience in upstream testing processes such as test planning and estimation

Additional Skills: - Experience in web system development (especially PHP is preferred) - Experience in project management and process assessment - Experience and knowledge of test automation - Experience in CI/CD using GitHub Actions, etc. - JSTQB Foundation Level or higher certification
