ETL QA Lead (Kansas City - Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ETL QA Lead to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in QA testing, a strong understanding of ETL processes, and the ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and testing. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ETL testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and execute QA test scripts to validate ETL processes and data transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Utilize SQL to write complex queries for data analysis and validation.
- Participate in requirements gathering and review sessions to understand data flows and business needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, findings, and defects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ETL and QA testing.
- To Mentor the team and work with them to understand the business requirements.
Mandatory Skills/Preferred Skills:
- 10 years of experience in QA testing, a solid understanding of ETL processes, and the ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis and testing.
- Proven experience in leading teams.
- Extensive experience in validating ETL processes and ensuring data quality in ETL Testing
- Strong background in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices in QA Testing
- Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis and testing.
- Experience with ETL tools (specific tools will be discussed during the interview).
- Familiarity with Tosca is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
