We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Poland. As Inventory Control Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for directly overseeing warehouse counting activities, analyzing inventory defects for accuracy improvements, creating Excel reports, handling inventory bin requests, resolving stock discrepancies, optimizing stock placement, recommending consolidation opportunities, setting system parameters for inventory management, updating storage capacity information, developing count plans and reports, and addressing inventory-related issues.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Directly manage/supervise counting activity in several warehouses.

• Research inventory defect trends to identify root causes and improve accuracy.

• Design queries, compile data, and generate inventory control reports using Excel.

• Process requests to create or modify inventory bins, both virtually and physically.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies reported by various departments.

• Coordinate and oversee inventory movement to optimize stock placement and storage efficiency.

• Audit bin usage and recommend consolidation opportunities, helping create and implement consolidation plans.

• Set parameters for counting and storage systems to ensure effective inventory management.

• Assist with managing storage capacity, providing weekly updates on available space and utilization.

• Create and update inventory-related count plans, reports and dashboards.

• Address and escalate inventory-related systemic or maintenance issues.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 year + experience in inventory management, ideally in ecommerce or related

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data linking.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
