Immediate opening for QA Lead with our tier 1 Company in Pune

Core Responsibilities

• Will lead highly motivated and talented team of QA engineers. 
• Manage team's work output, track status, issues and report.
• Responsible for test strategy, test plans and detailed test case definition across the projects.
• Review Requirements, CRs and Defect to identify dependencies, ambiguities or omissions and make suggestions.
• Responsible for setup of testing environment for Mobile product software testing and Mobile Web Testing
• Responsible for planning of testing activities, quality assurance and releases in the assigned project.
• Responsible for providing test estimates, testing metrics and measurements during planning & execution of the project.
• Responsible for development and execution of functional and regression tests across devices.
• Responsible for defect management, metrics and reporting.
• Quick Learner and highly motivated to keep himself/herself abreast with latest technologies.

 Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelors /Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Relevant certification in testing such ISTQB or equivalent is desirable
• 7 to10 years experience in Software Testing

Required Skills/Certifications

• 3+ years of experience with Mobile Web Apps, iOS and Android Apps testing.
• Good understanding of defect tracking tool such as VSTS or JIRA and scripting experience.
• Experience with web services testing, specifically REST API.
• Experience using third party automation tools for UI testing such as Selenium or similar tools.
• Strong ability to understand customer use cases, requirements and prioritize test cases accordingly.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience of working in Agile, Scrum methodology.
• Pixel-perfect eye for detail and a proven ability to quickly simulate the defects.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have experience lead highly motivated and talented team of QA engineers. 
• Manage team's work output, track status, issues and report. 
• Experience in Security testing is desirable.
