Join our ART Channels unit, focused on e-banking solutions, and take ownership of the ART-level test strategy. As a Senior IT Test Manager, you’ll lead the charge on quality across agile teamsβ€”driving Shift-Left practices, test automation, reporting, and strategic alignment with global testing goals.

You will also oversee testing efforts across other applications within the domain, ensuring a consistent and sustainable quality mindset.

πŸ”Β What You’ll Be Doing

🧩 Strategic Test Leadership

  • Define and execute the ART and Domain test strategy, aligned with our Global Test Strategy (GTS)

  • Coach and support agile teams in adopting the strategy, including hands-on help when needed

  • Drive a Shift-Left mindset, pushing testing earlier in the development lifecycle

πŸ€– Automation & Tools

  • Guide teams in test automation at all levels, using open-source and commercial tools

  • Oversee the integration of testing in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

  • Ensure test environments, data, and tooling are efficiently managed

πŸ“Š Governance & Quality Oversight

  • Enforce quality gates and advise on release sign-offs

  • Own test reporting, delivering transparency across the delivery pipeline

  • Review and ensure compliance with audit standards (RFC & Readiness proof)

  • Keep track of PenTest findings and mitigate risks accordingly

  • Organize and lead Go/No-Go meetings for releases

βœ… Experience

  • 5+ years of Test Management experience covering the full SDLC

  • 3+ years in agile environments; SAFe knowledge is a strong asset

  • Proven track record in building test strategies for Agile setups

  • Hands-on coaching experience with agile teams

  • Skilled in test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools, and test management tools

  • Experience with JIRA and XRAY is highly desirable

  • Basic banking domain knowledge required; e-banking is a strong plus
