Do you love crafting sophisticated solutions to highly complex challenges? We do! As NAND QA Test Engineers, we support the testing and qualification of various programs using solid-state storage. We are looking for candidates who have experience with NAND reliability testing and validation. You will be part of a world class team of HW and SW engineers, who identify and resolve issues in all aspects of NAND qualification and testing. Our team is responsible for test program generation and automation scripting, as well as data collection and failure analysis. And you will have direct impact on Apple's future products by ensuring world-class solutions to demanding test and engineering challenges!

Description

In this role, you will: - Develop QA systems and frameworks for automation of device testing. - Handle and run stress test rack qualification testing at the system level. - Support qualification and testing of NAND. - Craft test validation checklists and work in multi-functional teams to ensure quality. - Support internal engineering teams in failure analysis and defining corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree
  • Experience with storage technology
  • Ability to program in UNIX/Linux scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) or similar

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in EE, CE, or CS
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity working with multi-functional teams and supporting debug and triage
  • Experience in project management and high volume manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with lab management and hardware setup
  • Familiarity with source code control management (SVN, Git, etc.)
  • Knowledge of black box and white box testing basics
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
