Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and Degree in IT
- International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) Certification; Test Manager Advanced Level, Project Management Diploma/Certification
- Β 6 years' experience in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including experience in managing people in either development or testing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the integrated testing strategy.
- Acting as a Programme Test Manager in the successful delivery of functional and non-functional testing strategies on a mission critical system.
- Managing highly integrated and complex multi-year programmes of work.
- Manage system integration, acceptance, and market-facing testing activities.
- Align testing methodologies with programme objectives, reducing risks of delays or quality issues.
- Coordinating with vendors, market and multiple teams in an hybrid approach.
- Successful implementation of test automation and DevOps strategies.
- Advanced Azure DevOps experience an advantage. Β Β
- Advanced Scaled Agile experience an advantage.Β
