Position: QA Analyst

Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune
Mode: Hybrid
Mandate skills- Java, selenium, BA (Business Analyst), Cornerstone LMS, HR domain
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Evidencing experience in application quality control in an agile environments
- Experience with refining requirements and story estimation
- Demonstrated skill in test plan preparation, creating test plans, test data and maintaining rigor in the overall test methodology
- Securing quality requirement delivery from teams through testing process, defect management/visibility and test team management.
- Cooperating with senior leadership and peers across the organization to impact the tactical direction of application development.
- Directing and facilitating overall test methodology and status communication.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Cornerstone Learning Management System
