QA Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Ensure quality and performance of backend and frontend components
- Collaborate with developers and BAs to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain and improve existing test frameworks
- Participate in sprint planning and QA strategy discussions
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation)
- Strong experience with Java and/or Python
- Familiar with tools like JUnit, Karate, Postman, Spring Boot Contract
- Experience in frontend testing using Jest and Playwright
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Availability to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday in Magdalena, Lima
Nice to Have:
- Background in the Energy, Trading, or Scheduling industries
- Experience defining or standardizing testing strategies in development teams
