Roles and Responsibilities:
● Relevant experience in team handling (>10 members) with Extensive experience in software testing, requirement analysis, impact analysis and bugs handling.
● Ability to develop test strategy, defining guidelines.
● Experience in mobile app testing.
● Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google suite.
● Advanced experience with JIRA or any other ticketing tool.
● Sound experience of JQL or SQL.
● Proficient knowledge of advanced excel techniques.
● Proficient in data analysis and root cause identification methodologies (e.g., fishbone diagram analysis, RCA, 5-whys etc.
● Sound knowledge of Operational metrics like shrinkage, utilization.
● Prior experience handling global stakeholders and driving projects/meetings.
● Lead test teams, with responsibilities covering:Requirement analysis & test cases refactoring
● Manage the stakeholder relationships with various program leads, product and engineering teams as required
● Proactively identify and implement process excellence and tool improvement initiatives
● Manage governance, Mentoring and guidance to team members
● Have regular 1:1s, Poor performance handling
● Develop subject matter expertise in the process.
● Be able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real time
● Work allocation, Meet/exceed the defined targets for the team (productivity, quality, SLA, efficiency and utilization)
