The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join our growing team. In this dual-focused role, you'll analyze system requirements and behavior, create high-quality internal and external documentation for our products and services, and create test plans in support of our Test Automation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.


What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, release notes, process flow, and system architecture diagrams
  • Develop test plans and test cases to validate documentation accuracy and product functionality, working closely with Product, QA, and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Develop standardized templates and style guides for test documentation
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to gather accurate technical information
  • Create tutorials and training materials for internal teams on test automation tools and processes
  • Review and edit documentation produced by technical team members
  • Maintain documentation in our knowledge management system, ensuring content remains current and accurate


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software development or fintech environments
  • 1+ years of experience with test automation concepts and documentation
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency with documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, and Git-based documentation systems
  • Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming concepts and ability to understand code samples (Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Excellent writing skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly
