JOB TITLE: QA Analyst-MS Dynamics CRM

The QA Analyst at Argano is responsible for detailed testing of software and services, participate in creating and executing test plans, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. They work closely with the development team to identify issues, understand project needs and validate the functionality of Argano's products. They help detect problems where standard practice and / or software have failed to meet small to mid-size client requirements and handles detailed problems which require standard solutions. A QA Analyst work on procedures and standards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.

Desired Skill Set:

• Good English/communication skills 
• Have at least 4-7 years' experience doing QA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 
• Have experience writing test plans/scripts in MS Azure Devops. JIRA experience is a plus but not required.
• Configuration knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform a plus
