Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Utilize automation tools such as Cypress (preferred) and other testing frameworks to enhance test efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to validate product functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in test automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous testing strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall test strategy and framework improvements.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI and API automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Decent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Highly capable and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Motivated by challenges and eager to take initiative in solving complex problems.
• Self-organized and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to performance and security testing tools is a plus.
