As a QA Automation Engineer within our Professional Services team, you will work closely with multiple teams to ensure the design, development, and execution of automated tests using Cypress delivers the benefits required.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the QA and Development teams:
Work closely with QA team to understand the existing functionality of the application.
Identify, record, and track bugs to closure.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability.
Develop Automated Tests:
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Cypress for existing manual regression scripts and new applicable changes.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
Test Planning and Execution:
Contribute to new test plans and test cases.
Execute existing automated tests as needed.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously improve testing strategies and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in automated testing.
Provide training and support to team members on automated testing tools and techniques.
Documentation:
Document test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of test processes and results.
