Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience: Min 3 Years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in an Machine Shop , Gears Industry.
Skills Set required:
Responsible for all the Quality In Process , 7QC Tools ,MSA ,Product & process audit
Core tools ,Gauges, Air gauges, attribute gauge, Variable gauge,
Drawing Readings, symbols knowledge ,SPC
Knowledge of TPM, PPAP, etc
Mainly Experience in Machine Shop
Responsible for the gauge calibration
Responsible for the Quality awareness among all the employees of all area
Leadership skills.
Good communication skills especially with all the customers (Internal & External).
People Management skills
